When running a household gets heavier, regular help is often enough to keep living independently. The work is the same household work — cleaning, laundry, sometimes the shopping — but the pace and the contact differ: fewer tasks per hour, the same familiar face on the same day.
The rate is € 18 to € 26 per hour, slightly above the standard hourly rate because more is done in consultation and the helper takes more time. A son, daughter, neighbour or informal carer can also submit the request — enter your own contact details and state who the help is for.
Two things this is not: personal care and nursing belong to healthcare and never run through this platform. And where there is a municipal (Wmo) allocation or a personal budget, that route runs via the municipality or the health insurer; we only broker private help that you pay for yourself.
